Siddhasana

Siddhasana

This is the most important posture you should learn for Kundalini yoga. This pose causes pressure on the moola bandha and supports the rising of your energy upwards. We will go deeper into these aspects later in this course. However, I recommend beginning practicing Siddhasana now, you will need it a little later. If you can only "almost" sit in this pose, keep practicing, eventually, you will get there. If it is not possible for you, we will touch on alternatives later. If there is any way to make it work - Siddhasana is the way as it is energetically the most powerful posture.
